Manual Addition of Contact Details

In need of a highly diligent individual capable in carrying out manual lookup to augment my existing data list. The data list is currently in CSV format and contains names and addresses. The project involves adding phone numbers and emails to each entry, significantly expanding the details available. Excellent attention to detail, proficiency in data entry and extensive experience handling CSV files will be essential for this task. Please provide your methodology for conducting manual lookup as well.
