Managment excel sheet

Hi, I need someone to create Excel sheets for me.

I manage 3 different company bot same time, using same employee

I would like a spreadsheet to be made all in one, but to be able to extract information for every company separate

This spreadsheet must include people, time sheet, day rate, expenses, and more

I do not have much experience in this field, I am happy to receive suggestions and example
