Manage a 3 Year Financial Projection Worksheet for 23 Properties/Entities

I am looking for a freelancer who can manage a 3-year financial projection worksheet for 23 properties/entities. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial analysis and be proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.

This project will be ongoing with the goal of
- creating a financial projection 1x per year,
- entering tax return information 1x per year, review
- and to update spreadsheet each Quarter to accommodate any changes from the prior quarter:

Key Requirements:

- Cash flow analysis: The projection worksheet should include detailed cash flow analysis for each property/entity.
- Google Sheets/Excel proficiency: The freelancer should be comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel to create and manage the financial projection worksheet.
- Combination of summary level and detailed breakdown: The financial projection should provide a combination of summary level and detailed breakdown for each property/entity.
