Making excel table ready for input into Zoho

I have a list of potential customers). - This list was converted from PDF to Excel ( Excel office 365) - so some of the orders are not correct. I need to refine couple of columns ( combining data using CONCATENATE or TEXTJOIN functions .. perhaps or something like that) - & make it ready for importing into Zoho CRM. Main task is getting the Excel formats correct ( Zoho task is secondary if you know Zoho that will be a bonus. But its not a must) -- Should be relatively easy task for someone who is good with Excel. I just want test this before giving other work.
