Make spreadsheet refresh / send me email automatically (VB) depending on a value

I have my spreadsheet already which pulls some data through PowerQuery from a website. And these data keeps changing each time refreshed. At the moment i refresh it manually. But i need it to do this automatically. I will then place this file on my vps so it is online all the time.

Sugestions welcome.
