Make it more professional / Excel Pricelist/offer - getting to the next step

I already have a working excel.. but i need to make it more professional. Needs some help with Macro and VBA.
The basics i have and its working but i need an update.
The excel has the following data :
1 page with client database
1 page with product input and from this page i also get the output per client.
I send every client from database and personal email with offer based on there specifications.
But i want to have it more automatic
