Make me an interactive excel map

I have a data set for grain consumtpion in Australia, a town, state level. There are several different industry sectors that make up grain demand in Australia. I want a map which enables me to select the state, then select the industry sector and the map then shows the locations and volume/demand at a town level. I would also like the option to zoom out to a national level. I also want this map to be able to adapt if i enter new information or change existing info.
There are three different sub categories of grain (wheat, barley and sorghum), so i'd also like to be able to filter this out if desired. My town information does not include a post code, so i am hoping this can be looked up as part of the process.
