Make an Excel Dashboard

I have rent that comes in from a commercial property and its related expenses are managed in many different bank accounts. I also have a cleaning and maintenance company that charge these commercial entities.

I need a dashboard to confirm whether the rents and monthly charges have been credited to the respective banks and I also need an income expense dashboard for my cleaning company
