Macros TImesheet Excel

I am drafting a timesheet template for employees. My plan is to distribute excel template to every employee and when they send it back to me, I will copy paste each employee's time sheet and make it one for all employee.

Would like to fix time and Date format, so that different employee dont take different time and date format. Or if you have better plan, would appreciate.
