Macro/script to compare two versions of an excel file

The task to do is create a macro or a script that does the following:
- You select two excel files that are the same but just different versions of the same.
- The macro consolidates all the information from certain cells of all the tabs in the file
- Finally it compares the two versions to see which rows are new, which ones are just updated, and which ones are gone.
Attached you can see how the original file looks, which cells need to be consolidated and hence, how the final table to be compared is.
