Macro for spreadsheet

I'm looking for help creating a macro for a spreadsheet that will help me with formatting my numeric data, which varies over time. The macro should be able to properly identify and format the changing data, so it can be easily read and understood by others. The format should be professional, easy to follow, and consistent across all of my data. I am open to any creative ideas that can help make this macro as efficient as possible.
