Macro excel VBA simple project

Hi! I would like someone with the expertise of Macro excel to create a simple system for me. I have the design ready but the buttons need to be coded. Basically, need the system to search a data from textbox in excel and display a different data to another textbox. Please look through the PDF file for more info.
