Macro developer needed for time sheets

In need of a macro to convert online data (can be pulled in several formats) to an excel spreadsheet breaking down employees total time and earnings along with time punches. All needed information is already featured on actual time clock but is currently being manually typed in excel before being sent to book keeper to enter into quickbooks.
