Macro to convert Excel Formats

I receive different Excel data books on a regular basis with 30 to 50 tabs each. I need an automated macro or add-on to convert all of the tabs in those data books to a standard format (font type and size, cell height, cell border colors, border thickness, etc…). The solution needs to automatically detect that a data book format does not follow the standard format and automatically change it. No data book is the same, they all have different inputs, different lengths, tabs and sizes.
Eventually, all data books need to conform to a specific pre-determined format.
