Updates required to existing macro
1. Change header for column AS on constituent output from C AttrCat (remove space) to CAttrCat
2. Change output value for column R in constituent output from 48 to 2
3. Change output value for column AD on action output from Email to Yes
4. Change output value column E action output from Task to Task/Other
5. Change output value for column G action output from Complete to Completed. Pending will remain as is.
6. Change output value for column AC on constituent output from FL_Region (DHA) to Region (DHA)
7. Change output value for V & AH on constituent output from Direct to Direct Referral
8. Change output value for D on action output from FLR_PWD Information to FLR_Demographic Information
9. Insert a column on input spreadsheet after column B
i. Header = Referral Source
ii. Drop down values
1. Primary/Specialized Care
2. Home/Community Care
3. Acute Care
4. Long-Term Care
5. Other
iii. Add to action output for lines where ACType = FL_Direct Referral. Can be added to column AJ-AM
1. AJ - Value = Assign unique value to all records. First value CA7-221124-01, second record will be CA7-221124-02. YY=current year MM =current month DD=current day
2. AK- value = FLR_Direct Referral Source
3. AL - CAttrDesc, value selected from new drop down above Referral Source
4. AM - CAttrDate, value = Same value as referral date
10. Add solicitors to drop down – see spreadsheet PS Staff Import Id’s
i. Update column W on input spreadsheet with values in column a
ii. Update column C values on action output
11. Update Diagnosis drop down with values in excel file ‘Diagnosis Table’
12. Update DHA drop down with values in excel file ‘Regions’
13. Add a column after column G ‘AcStatus’, header = AcComplete with the value of true for records where ACStatus equals complete
