Machine Production Tracking Excel Spreadsheet
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to track our production by machine. This spreadsheet should include the following:
1. **Work Center**: This will be categorized by machine. Each machine that is part of our production line should have its own section.
2. **Planned Run Quantity vs Actual Run Quantity**: This data should be displayed in side-by-side columns. This will allow us to easily compare our targets against our actual output.
3. **Analysis of Shortfalls**: For any instances where we didn't hit our planned run quantity, there needs to be a column explaining why or what happened.
4. **Next Steps**: If there are any necessary follow-up actions, these should be included along with an explanation of why each action is needed.
5. **Progress Indicator**: A simple color-coded system (green/yellow/red) to represent our progress would be helpful.
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and ideally some background in production or manufacturing, allowing them to understand and create an effective tracking tool.
