MYOB Acumatica GI Creation
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
Project Overview:
PLEASE CONFIRM YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MYOB ACUMATICA WHEN APPLYING.
We’re transitioning from MYOB Advanced (Acumatica) to MYOB AccountRight and need a freelancer experienced with Acumatica reporting and data exports to prepare a complete, clean set of export files. You will need to create Generic Inquiries for the reports needed as nothing offered meets all requirements.
The goal is to capture:
1. All transactional and payroll activity between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025 (so the full FY to date is reflected in AccountRight), and
2. All open balances as at 30 September 2025 (so customers, suppliers, inventory, jobs, and bank reconciliations carry forward correctly).
We want the historical period and the open data clearly separated to avoid double counting or overlap.
Data Required:
1. General Ledger
• Chart of accounts has already been exported and uploaded to AccountRight
• General ledger transactions 01/07/2025 – 30/09/2025
2. Customers & Sales
• Customer list (name, ABN, contact info, terms)
• Sales invoices and credit notes dated 01/07/2025 – 30/09/2025
• Customer receipts in the same period
• Aged receivables as at 30/09/2025 (open invoices only)
3. Suppliers & Purchases
• Supplier list (name, ABN, contact info, terms, bank details)
• Supplier bills and credits dated 01/07/2025 – 30/09/2025
• Supplier payments in the same period
• Aged payables as at 30/09/2025 (open bills only)
5. Payroll
• Pay runs processed 01/07/2025 – 30/09/2025
6. Banking
• Bank transactions for four bank accounts and three credit cards for 01/07/2025 – 30/09/2025
7. Jobs / Projects
• Job transactions 01/07/2025 – 30/09/2025
8. Tax
• GST/BAS summary and detailed report for Jul–Sep 2025

• Clean, well-labeled Excel or CSV files for each dataset
• Clear separation between:
• Historical data (1 Jul – 30 Sep)
• Open data (as at 30 Sep)
• Simple reconciliation checks (GL totals tie to AR/AP/Inventory as at 30 Sep)

• Familiar with data migration into MYOB AccountRight
