I am a medical doctor in anaesthesiology and intensive care.
I am working on designing and improving work rota in the Medical Department.
I need an Excell database with trully randomly assigned variables such as time of surgery (50 types) , type of surgery ( 4 types) , emergency category (3 types) etc ( details to follow later) ... such database will be used to simulate necessary staff cover to run theaters.
Randomness for each field is different such as age 18-89 - equal chance.
Type of surgery - after 17;00 only emergency type 4 and restricted type of surgery
Type of surgery restricted to age - for example - orthopedic surgery knee replacement age below 50 - 0%
Type of surgery restricted to age - for example - mastectomy - females 100% , males 0%
prostatectomy - females - 0% , males 100%
I am looking for a random database to simulate real conditions ( as per further instructions like above).
