META PLATFORM TRADING

I have general idea how I want to build trading fx. I want to have excel application to have trade details (somewhere in the spreadsheet). Buy limit 1 lot of EURUSD at 1.1040 (i mean some information important for the trade ticket). META PLATFLORM should read it from excel and do the trade...also, there must be way to get information from Meta Trader into excel about positions (so i can verify the trade was done in excel..)....So i want to do analysis of markets in excel (separate from EA or app) and EA will just read the line or lines in order to do the trade. EA will not be doing the analysis.
Let me know price and what you can offer in terms of implementation.
