MAINTENANCE FORM
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to create a maintenance form. The form needs to cover multiple categories. I have some specific tasks and issues that need to be addressed and I require a timeline that is flexible with respect to the completion of the maintenance tasks.
I am seeking an experienced freelancer who has a good understanding of maintenance forms and who can render their expertise in this field. I have an EXCEL spreadsheets that maintain the information, the need is for a simple add record form to update a continuous record of works. This is MAC OS offline MS OFFICE 365, which does not have form functionality.
The freelancer should have the ability to create and maintain a detailed list of the various maintenance jobs within the scope of the project and ensure that the tasks are completed on schedule. The completed form should also include a summary of the budget and labor costs associated with each job.
In addition, the freelancer should be organized, detail-oriented and have good communication skills. As the maintenance tasks may extend to several different areas, the freelancer should be well-versed in the current building and safety codes and regulations.
The successful freelancer will be able to create an effective and comprehensive maintenance form for my property, taking into consideration the specific tasks and issues at hand, as well as the flexible timeline for the completion of the maintenance work.
