Looking for a spreadsheet specialists

Need to set up spreadsheets that are customizable and easy for the end user to use. We are a water sports company and need spreadsheets showing cost and income, tracking expenses and showing potential profits bases of current and projected data. Everything is in word files or QuickBooks files, and we need an easy way to present the data.
