Looking for someone who can help me set up a Power BI Dashboard (moke-up and datasource is availbe)

Hello Power Power BI guru,
I am looking for someone who can help me out setting up a Powe BI dashboard. Here is my case.
In our company we work with specific service accounts that needs to be compliant (password age not older than 365 days for example). Since we have a lot of them that are managed by different teams / managers we want to have a real team view on the current status. For this I receive a daily export (see attachment for format) in csv and I use this data in excel. The example source file is 5 lines of data, the real source is about 1700 lines csv and updates daily.
But since this is a lot of labour and easier to place this info in a web dashboard my Idea was to upload this csv into a Power BI dashboard. I have a clear view on what this dashboard should look like and made a moke up that is also is attached.
Can you guys help me setup this dashboard, and once done, probably in your test environment, can you help me to export and import this dashboard in our own environment.
