We are Looking for one online customer service staff, who will take care of email reply (using Zendesk) to our customers' enquiry.
You will be polite and patient with handling customers pre-sale and after sales questions.
The average working hours will take around 2 hours per day, 7 days per week, so it's a flexible work.
