Looking for a Programmer with experience to build Web Based EBAY LISTER (Please check & review the attached file also))

Hi ,
I am looking for a programmer which can build for me a Simple Ebay Lister which will be Web Based
that can integrate to multiple Ebay accounts by API

There was a Similar Website which named “Shopmaster” which could do all the stuff I need but it has been closed half year ago.
Functions Which I need at the Web Lister pretty simple :

-Import products From Aliexpress URLS ,and List them at Ebay
(Meaning will Grab all info from aliexpress URL , TITLE, DESCIRIPTION , PHOTO, PRICE)
- Pricing Rules (Configure in website for example if Product Price at aliexpress Link will be between 1$-10$ it will automatically increase product price in “% percentage” after I Import it to the website
- Vero list = List of words I can add which forbidden to be in title &DESCRIPTION, and if system detect it when Importing product it will Block it and will block it and not import

ALL THE EXACT INFO IN MORE DETAILED WE HAVE IN TIDY PHOTOS / VIDEOS
THAT will show exactly how we want our system to be built , quick and easy and will be discussed further after finding the right programmer : )
