Looking for Excel Data Analytics Mentors for 14-Day Guided Project Challenge (Remote)

Description:
We are launching a 14-Day Excel Data Analytics Project Challenge for students and professionals who want to master real-world Excel analytics skills.
We are seeking experienced Excel Mentors who can guide participants through:
Data cleaning
KPI calculations using formulas (SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP, IF, etc.)
PivotTables and PivotCharts
Dashboard building with slicers and dynamic ranges
Basic VBA Macro automation (simple tasks like refreshing pivot tables, exporting dashboards to PDF)
Mentor Responsibilities:
Answer student doubts via chat/email (no live classes needed)
Review and provide feedback on final project submissions (basic checklist format)
Endorse top-performing students on LinkedIn (template will be provided)
Help motivate and track daily progress (sending nudges if necessary)
Requirements:
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level)
Hands-on experience with PivotTables, Formulas, Dashboards
Basic knowledge of VBA (bonus)
Good written communication skills (English)
Previous mentoring/teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Payment Structure:
Fixed Payment + Performance Bonus for high student ratings
Expected Workload: 1–2 hours/day maximum over 14 days
Fully remote, flexible timings
Expected Earnings:
Batch Size Estimated Mentor Pay
20 students ₹8,000–₹12,000 (~AUD 150–220)
50 students ₹20,000–₹30,000 (~AUD 370–550)
100 students ₹40,000–₹60,000 (~AUD 750–1,100)
(Payment negotiable based on experience and number of students.)
