Qualification & Skills
• Graduate any field
• Experience 4 to 7 yrs.
• Proficient in excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in MIS Management
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills
• Insurance or Banking background preferred

Responsibilities
• Scale incremental lead flow and higher LCR
• Improve Low RM Productivity & LCR
• Identify new touchpoints for lead generation
• Real-time allocation and lead integration from multiple sources
• Choreography –adherence, execution
• Low FTR –lower adoption of new technology, KYC, and autopay
• Lead tracking and efficiencies
