Logistics Kilometer Tracker in Excel
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I need a kilometer registry created in Microsoft Excel for my company. This should be a simple spreadsheet that tracks specific information related to our vehicle usage.
Key Requirements:
- The spreadsheet should be able to log 'Date' and 'Distance Traveled'.
- It should have a user-friendly design to facilitate easy data entry and tracking.
- I will provide the 3 logs of adresses. There should be a maximum of 5 visits per address, and the time span for visit a the same address should not exceed 4 months. The destination of departure has to be either 4118 avenue Laval, Montreal, QC, H2W 2J3 OR 1472 Sherbrooke W.,, Montreal, QC H3J 1L3. There can be a maximum of 55% coming from 4118, the rest can either be from 1472 or from one of the adresses in the document to another. There should be no visit from December 22nd to dec 26. and just a few between dec 27 and January 4th.
The logs should be independent and Ideally in French if possible. Distance should be in KM.
Year 2020 : 13117 km total
year 2021 : 16137 km total
Year 2022 : 15344 KM total
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Previous experience in creating tracking spreadsheets is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and ability to create a clean, easy-to-use interface will be crucial for the success of this project.
