Logistic support staff (Part-Time) - Plano, TX (Only US candidates can apply)

Working hours: 9-6 Mon, Wed, Fri Only

Job Function/Description:
• Enter, verify, and track data on delivery and shipment documents
• Actively monitor shipment and delivery and verify delivery of all shipment
• Utilise Excel tools to manage regular shipment monitoring status and report to management
• Perform ad-hoc reporting as required
• Perform other job related duties as required

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School GED required
• Bilingual in English and Korean (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of international transportation especially ocean shipping and freight forwarding industry
• Effective oral and written communication
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic skill-sets in MS Office Suite (Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
