Logbook Excel Database

I'm looking for someone to help me develop an Excel logbook database. I need to be able to track time and date entries, project and task details and user or employee information in the logbook. I don't have an existing Excel template but I know what it should look like. Moreover, I also need someone to help me with basic calculations such as sum and average as well as generate graphs and charts for advanced data analysis and reporting. I'm looking for someone who can provide this customized logbook efficiently and accurately.
