Locate and tabulate pedestrian crossings from a map
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
Find every Pedestrian crossing in a small New Zealand city, using the councils GIS aerial photography system
On the attached Exel Spreadsheet (2nd page labelled data) put down;
- Assign it a number
- Name the road it is on
- Record the closest house number
- Name the School it is closest to (if its not within a 100m or so of a school say “none”)
And on the “map” page of the exel spreadsheet mark the pedestrian crossing on the map
I have already marked the 1st two on the map as an indicator. And filled the same 2 in on the spreadsheet on the data page
There will be about 140 pedestrian crossings.
