List of Small Retail Stores on the East Coast in the United States

I would like a CSV / excel file of a list of up to 500 Small Retail Stores on the East Coast of the US (non-Global brands such as Zinnia or Shoes N' More) and their emails. Rather than a generic company email, it would be ideal to have an email of a contact at the company, for example, the CEO or Head of Marketing. Ideally a three column sheet with name of company, name of contact (ex: Head of Marketing), and company contact email.
