Populate an existing Excel Template.
1. Enter product name/description by Cross-referencep provided UPC numbers using Barecodelookup.com or similar site. Scrub returned product names and description for consistency and accuracy.
2. Enter Distributors item number and unit/bottle price by matching product item to delivery invoices.
3. Enter quantity in stock by calculating total cost of product by unit price while verifying number of units in each retail package. Ie, sold individually or in 4, 6, 8, 10, etc. pack.
4. Enetr Price to be sold by applying appropriate markup for class of item. Ie. Liquor, Wine, Ready to Drink
5. Classify item by commodity group and subgroup based on type. Ie. Wine - white - Chardonnay for example.
6. Return a list of UPC codes that are not available on website lookup.
7. Return a list of items on delivery invoice that do not correspond with UPC codes.
