Linking and Syncing Shared Google Calendar with a Dynamic Google Sheet

We are working on making several contacts with research participants. Participants are added to a google sheet once they agree to participate. Participants are added at different dates. Each participant will be scheduled to receive a number of phone calls and emails based on the the date they joined the study. We have several research team members who will be assigned to make those contacts. We want this information and scheduled date/time of contact along with research team member responsible for the contact to be automatically added to a google calendar linked to the google sheet without duplicating the information on the calendar. We want the calendar to be color coded to reflect research team member responsible for the contact. I am attaching a draft file with 6 participants but more will be added as they join the study.
