Lender Product Matrix
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
This requires a person with excel skills to compile a spreadsheet.
Data from lender product matrixes will be provided and you will need to be able to transpose this into a spreadsheet (effectively summarising what lenders have on offer)
Core search fields will include items such as:
Loan Amounts: Minimum Loan Amounts; Maximum Loan Amount
Loan Terms: 25 years 30 yrs
Facility Type: Interest Only or P & I
