Legal Excel Form analysis project

I would like a form created in excel for answering legal cases. It must be able to break down the case into different dates, people involved in the case and steps in answering or providing legal solutions. Nothing special, just a simple Excel form with VBA. I need to be able to add legal topics to the data base to answer different case questions. I need to be able to drop down information, but also add free text as well. The cells must be able to carry large amounts of information.
