Large File Analysis - Excel, CVS, Gigaspreadsheet
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Take large CVS file that will have donation information from individual donors to a cause. Some donors will have given multiple donations in year. Need to take data and generate approximately 8 different queries, even though the basic sorts are the same. You will get a file that will only have Donor ID, Date, and Amount Information. No personal information is on the data file.
I am looking to get information like:
FY 2021
Number of Donors
Number of Gifts
Gift Value
FY 2021 - New Donors - First Year Giving in 2021. (same information as above) plus Average First Gift Amount.
FY 2021 - New Donors from FY2020 that gave in FY 2021.
FY 2021 - Multi Year Donor Renewals. - Donors that Gave last 2+ Years- same
FY 2021- Lapsed Donors - Donors that didn't give on FY2020, but did Give in FY2021
FY2021 - Lapsed Donors - 2+Years Lapsed Need to define this better.
FY2021 - Recaptured Donors - Donors that didn't give in FY 2019, FY2020, but did in FY2021.
Someone with Excel/CVS - Pivot Tables can probably knock this out fairly quick.
