Laptop Setup & Microsoft Systems Update

I have two laptops that require some attention. One is running Windows 10 and the other Windows 11. The Windows 10 laptop needs a system update.

Here's what I need help with:
- Updating the Windows 10 laptop
- Setting up a new laptop with Windows 11
- Installing Microsoft Office onto the new laptop
- Transferring specific files from the old laptop to the new one

Please note, I do not need any data transferred from the old laptop to the new one, only specific files.
