I have 46 lab reports in PDF format that need to be entered into an Excel spreadsheet so that it can be analyzed. it needs to be 100% accurate (99.5% is NOT good enough).
We have 23 people who participated in a clinical trial, so we have their data at the start and the end of the trial. Each test result provides the lab values for various tests as well as reference information for that test (e.g., the expected range for normal values, test date, etc.). Only the numeric values and date information from the report needs to be entered into the Excel file.
