Key performance indictor tracker

Our company is in need of a freelancer who can create a customized KPI tracking solution to monitor the performance of our staff and ensure compliance with company policies. There are seven key performance indicators that need to be tracked for staff performance and compliance with the ability to accommodate 6 -20 staff. We would prefer a tracking platform that makes use of Google Sheets and graph reporting to enable easy data visualization. We would like to assess reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Our main priority is to have a well-organized solution that helps our team quickly evaluate our operational performance. If the freelancer believes that an existing platform would be more appropriate, we would be open to that as well.
