KPI Report

We need to create management reports that measures our success with the KPI‘s. For instance, we need to first track the number of cards or warm leads that we get and then track our conversion rate. This is essentially taking the number of cards and determining the number of appointments that result from the cards to create a conversion rate. We also need to track the number of new patients we have and the number of follow up visits that we have which is essentially a retention rate.
