KPI Dashboard/ Scorecard to track leads and dollars spent

We need a KPI Dashboard with graphics to show how we are spending and understand our cost per lead.
We have a real estate and finance broker business.
We need to track the number of leads , cost, and estimated gross profit and net profit out to the gross .
For example:
For out realestate we need to input the following fileds
name of client, property, ARV( After Repair Value), Repairs, appraisal , inspection, Closing Cost, Agent commission, Fixed Monthly Operations cost, Support Team Commission, Total Cost, Net profit
Then Track the Campaign that generated this lead:
Campaign Name, Cost of Campaign, Number of Emails sent, Post Cards Sent, voice mails sent, response rate, number of leads generated, Number of Contracts, cost per lead generated, date of lead( very important to track for the month), # of accepted deals, Cost per accepted deals.
Need to be able to see graphs that indicated leads for the month, deals accepted for the month
