KML Import from openinframap.org to Google Earth

I'm looking for someone who can take data from openinframap.org and convert it into a KML file so that I can see it on Google Earth. The data I'm interested in includes power lines, pipelines, and power generation facilities within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Importing power line data from openinframap.org
- Importing pipeline data from openinframap.org
- Importing data on power generation facilities from openinframap.org
- Converting all this data into a KML file
- Ensuring that the KML file is compatible with Google Earth

Requirements:
- Proficient in working with KML files and Google Earth
- Familiarity with openinframap.org would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
- Experience in data conversion and manipulation

Please note that I require this to be a one-time project, as I do not need the KML file to be regularly updated.
