Jotform Vehicle Inspection Form Enhancement

I need an expert to enhance my existing Vehicle Inspection Form on Jotform. This form needs to accommodate inspection for both Cars and Trucks, with sections for Engine inspection, Tire and brakes check, Exterior condition. I have a digital sample form that can be shared for reference.
