Job manager in access or similar

want someone to write a job manager data base. we have onbe that was written in access about 15 years and am told it can no longer be twecked so need a new one. Thios ysstem does not do our accounting but does all from job entry, job processes, material sourcing, timer taken and invoicing. can have upto 250 jobs on the go and needs to keep history
