Itemized Inventory Aging Report on Google Sheets with Filters
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello, I have the following in detail by transaction ie. purcahse invoice/date, sales invoice/date, product code, quantity, returns, inventory transfers, registrations and write off's
as one massive google sheet tab. Based on which, id like to be able to have a report that appears like the image reference attached.
This is to establish, products currently in stock, remained unsold, since the date of original purchase (despite the inventory movements), grouped by 0-30 days, 30-60 days, 60-90 days, 90-180 days, 180-365 days, 365 days and above,
also have actual landed cost of the product.
There should also be a possibility to apply filters to see the aging by location where the product is currently stored, supplier, brand, product group, product category and more importantly, filter to see greater or equal to an custom "x" value entered.
The report should include both detailed analytical google sheet, but also infographics demonsting the risks and high value, long un sold dead stock value in red etc. filters mentioned above are applicable.
Please share prior experience in a complex environment where the product database is above 100k rows and transactions are above 80k rows of sales, purchase, transfers, registrations and write-off's.
Please share as well a cost/budget proposal for the same and expected delivery date no later than 30th december 2022.
