I need an application to automate extracting invoice data from PDFs into Excel, using Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps. This will help streamline and standardize our invoice data collection for analysis and reporting.

Requirements:
- Process both single-page and multi-page invoices.
- Manual upload of PDF files.
