Invoice Data Entry
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need help with entering data from 608 PDF invoices into a spreadsheet.
Requirements:
- Extract invoice total (excluding VAT) and purchase order number.
- Add data to an existing spreadsheet.
- PDFs are in order as per spreadsheet, no searching required.
Conditions:
- Must be completed within 8 hours, by 7 AM UK time.
- Invoice totals and PO numbers are consistently located, but there are 4-6 different supplier formats.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with data entry.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
