Invoice Creation from Project Documentation

I’m looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to assist with invoice creation based on project documentation. The task involves extracting and organizing data from:

As-Built Drawings (ABDs) – To cross-check materials used
Material Consumption Sheets – To verify quantities
Item Lists – To ensure accurate item descriptions and pricing
The freelancer should be able to interpret technical data and translate it into structured invoices.

Requirements:
✔ Experience in invoice preparation and data processing
✔ Ability to read and extract relevant details from ABDs and material sheets
✔ Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or invoicing software
✔ Strong attention to detail to avoid errors in quantities and pricing
✔ Knowledge of construction/engineering invoices (preferred but not mandatory)
