Inventory/Stock Management in Excel
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need an inventory/stock management system in Excel to manage our stock balance, the stock coming in, the stock coming out.
On day 1, I will have the opening stock of each item, the colour, and sizes.
I want a tracker that will see the stock that we have coming in and out (however, the stock coming in will usually be the same as stock coming out as we will only order the stock if someone needs it, so 1 stock in should be 1 stock out the next day, if that makes sense?)
I want the 'stock in' and 'stock out' sections to be with the quantity, size, colour, and the date too.
Then the stock balance will see the difference between the stock in and out on each day, which will require some formulae.
I then need a column that will have the minimum number of stock to be kept, which will equal to 2 for each item. I then need another column that will make the admin suggestion, where if the stock balance falls to 2 or below, then the cell should say 'order stock', which should be highlighted in yellow too.
