Inventory, Sales and Social Media Spreadsheet Management and Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are seeking a freelancer to create a spreadsheet that will be used to manage our inventory, sales and social media posts information. The spreadsheet will contain various data (SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Product Description
- Images
- Product Cost in GBP and KWD (at the time of procurement)
- Product Sale Price
- Product Shipment cost in GBP and KWD
- Product Shipment cost as a percentage of the Product's Cost
- Names of customers sold to
- Dates of sales
- Values of sales
- Inventory
- Social media posts URLs
- Social Media posts captions/descriptions
- Social Media post dates
- What products are referenced in the social media posts
We would like the freelancer to guide us in importing data from the website of which we are buying the products from and programming the spreadsheet to automatically calculate certain values. For example, the cost of shipping as a percentage of the cost of the product should be used to determine the markup and sale price.
We would also like the spreadsheet to have multiple sheets, including a simplified view of information pertinent to selling and details of shipment and social media posts (first sheet), and then a separate sheet for social media data, and another sheet with all the rest of the details about shipments and all the products, AND one more sheet for "Notes".
Additionally, we would like the freelancer to automate certain tasks, such as updating stock levels when a sale is made and reminding us to mark a product as sold out on our social media accounts. Or at least suggest how that is possible through a mechanism of some kind.
We will need the freelancer to be available for an online meeting to guide us in using the spreadsheet efficiently. We do not have much data now (less than 40 products in 3 shipments, not many sales, few social media posts).
